RBAW Board Members, Yacht Club Officers and RBAW Delegates –

This email serves as official notice of the June Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, June 4th, 2026.

The meeting will be held in person at the Seattle Yacht Club (SYC) with a Zoom option available for those attending remotely. Yacht Club Officers and RBAW Delegates are welcome and encouraged to attend! 

Feel free to invite a fellow boater or club member to join us for this no-host dinner — it’s a great opportunity to enjoy an evening of conversation, connect with the boating community, and learn more about RBAW.

⚠️ Please note: We must have a minimum of 20 in-person attendees in order to hold the meeting at SYC. If we do not meet that threshold, the meeting will be held via Zoom only. Your RSVP truly matters.

The board packet (agenda, minutes, reports, etc.) will be compiled and distributed prior to the meeting.

RBAW Board Members, Committee Chairs, and anyone submitting reports or materials, please send them to Gwen at admin@rbaw.org no later than Friday, May 29th for inclusion in the board packet.

Please RSVP by Wednesday, May 27th at 4:00 PM for in-person attendance at SYC (to be included in the dinner count), or anytime for Zoom attendance.

Our monthly board meetings provide the forum where we make meaningful progress on recreational boating issues and advance the work of RBAW. Thank you in advance for your participation — and for helping us reach the in-person attendance threshold.
